Magento 2: Customise your checkout

The Mollie module uses default settings to display payment methods in your checkout.

In addition to customisation features, the module offers options to localise your checkout for certain markets.

Hide payment method logos

You can hide payment method logos from your checkout so that it only displays the payment method names.

1. Log in to Magento 2.

2. Go to Stores > Configuration.

3. On the Configuration page, scroll to Mollie, select the arrow, and then General.

4. Expand the Settings section, and in the Show icons drop-down list, select No.

5. Select Save config.

Hide payment methods based on the order amount

You can set a minimum and maximum order amount for each payment method, for example, to promote the payment method for larger orders. When an order falls outside the limits set, the payment method is hidden in your checkout.

1. Log in to Magento 2.

2. Go to Stores > Configuration.

3. Scroll to Mollie, select the arrow, and then Payment methods.

4. Select the payment method that you want to configure.

5. In the Minimum order total field, enter the minimum value.

6. In the Maximum order total field, enter the maximum value.

7. Select Save config.

Hide the payment method issuer list in your checkout

If you want your customers to pay at a third-party checkout, you can hide the payment method issuer list in your own checkout.

This setting applies to the following payment methods:

• iDEAL

• KBC/CBC Payment Button

• Gift cards

1. Log in to Magento 2.

2. Go to Stores > Configuration.

3. Scroll to Mollie, select the arrow, and then Payment methods.

4. Select the payment method that you want to configure.

5. In the Issuer list style drop-down list, select Don't show issuer list.

6. Select Save config.

Change the bank list style

You can choose how your checkout displays the iDEAL, KBC/CBC Payment Button and gift card bank lists.

1. Log in to Magento 2.

2. Go to Stores > Configuration.

3. Scroll to Mollie, select the arrow, and then Payment methods.

4. Select the payment method that you want to configure.

5. In the Issuer list style drop-down list, select one of the following options:

   • To display the list as a drop-down list, select Dropdown.

   • To display the list with icons, select List with images.

   • To hide the list, select Don't show issuer list.

6. Select Save config.
