Magento 2: Send payment requests

You can generate a payment link to send to customers, for example, after an unfinished or failed payment.

Tip

In the Mollie module, you can also enable second-chance email to automatically send customers a payment link.

1. Log in to Magento 2.

2. Go to Sales > Orders.

1. Select the order.

2. Click Send payment reminder.
