PrestaShop: Send payment requests

You can generate a payment link to send to customers if they paid with SEPA bank transfer.

Tip

You can only send a payment request when you create a new order.

The payment link takes customers directly to the relevant checkout, giving them the opportunity to pay for their order even if something went wrong during their initial attempt.

1. Log in to PrestaShop.

2. Select Orders > Orders in the left navigation panel.

3. Click in the order line.
