Get the log files

The information provided in the plentymarkets data log↗ can help you to understand which troubleshooting steps to take.We recommend that you share them with us whenever you contact support for assistance.

Log files are automatically deleted after four weeks.

Check status updates

Mollie sends status updates to inform plentymarkets of a payment's progress.

plentymarkets also applies a default status to payments, which are automatically mapped to a corresponding Mollie status.

plentymarkets only shows its own statuses. You can cross-check those with a payment status in your Mollie Dashboard to make sure they are updating correctly in plentymarkets.

  1. Check the plentymarkets payment status.

  2. Check the Mollie status:

    1. Log in to your Mollie Dashboard.

    2. Go to Transactions > Payments.

    3. Search for the payment or order and check the status in the Status column.

  3. Compare the plentymarkets and Mollie statuses to make sure they correspond.

If the statuses don't match, contact plentymarkets through its forum↗.

Check the API keys

To rule out that API keys are causing the problem, you can try to restore the connection.
