Salesforce Commerce Cloud: Send shipments

Note

Klarna payment methods require that orders are marked as shipped before settling the payment in your Mollie account.

What you need to do in advance

  • Make sure that the relevant Salesforce Commerce Cloud customer service roles have been assigned the Ship order order permission.

  • You can only send payment requests for orders that are Open, New, Completed.

  1. Log in to Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager.

  2. Open Select a site, and select a site from the list.

  3. Go to Merchant Tools > Ordering > Customer Service Center.

  4. Find the order and open it.

  5. In the More drop-down, select Send shipment.

  6. Click Send to send the whole order or individual order items.
