Gambio: Give refunds

In Gambio, you can give customers a full or partial refund for their orders.

Refund a specific amount

When customers paid for their order with a payment method that used the Payments API, you can specify the refund amount.

1. Log in to Gambio.

2. Go to Orders > Orders.

3. Select the order number to view the order details.

4. Scroll down to Mollie Payment Information and select Refunds.

5. Enter the amount to be refunded.

6. (Optional) Enter the reason for the refund.

7. Click Refund.

Refund order items

When customers paid for their order with a payment method that used the Orders API, you can cancel payment for individual the order line items or for the full order.

1. Log in to Gambio.

2. Go to Orders > Orders.

3. Select the order number to view the order details.

4. Scroll down to Mollie Payment Information and select Refunds.

5. For each item listed, enter the quantity to refund.

6. Click Refund.
