Gambio: Change the order expiry period

Customers have 28 days to pay for their order by default.

You can change the order expiry period per payment method as needed, for example, to allow customers more time to pay for their orders.

Note

You can only change the order expiry period for payment methods that use the Orders API.

  1. Log in to Gambio.

  2. Go to Modules icon-puzzle-piece.png > Modules-Center.

  3. Select Mollie from the module list.

  4. Select Edit.

  5. Scroll down to the payment method and select Configure.

  6. Select Edit.

  7. Scroll to the API method drop-down list and make sure that Orders API is selected.

  8. In the editing panel, scroll to the Days to expire field and enter a new value.

  9. Select Update to save your settings.
