Gambio: Install and connect Mollie for Gambio

Install Mollie for Gambio and connect it to your Mollie account to offer your customers a wide variety of payment methods in your shop.

What you need to do in advance

• Create a Mollie account

• Find out which Gambio version you're using so that you can download the corresponding Mollie module.

• Install an FTP client, such as FileZilla, Free FTP, Cyberduck, or WinSCP.

Install Mollie for Gambio

1. Go to Gambio releases.

2. Find your Gambio version.

3. Download the Mollie file under Assets.

4. Extract the contents of the downloaded file and copy them to the root directory of your Gambio web server using your FTP client.

5. Go to Toolkit > Cache in your Gambio dashboard and clear the following caches:

   • module

   • output

   • text

6. Go to Modules > Modules-Center in your Gambio dashboard .

7. Select Mollie from the list.

8. Click Install.

(Optional) - Install Mollie Payment Surcharge module

If you want to charge your customers an additional fee for certain payment methods, install the Mollie Payment Surcharge module.

Important

Not all countries allow you to charge customers a payment fee. Always check your local legislation before applying a surcharge.

1. Log in to Gambio.

2. Go to Modules > Order Total.

3. Scroll down and select Added Modules.

4. Select Mollie Payment Surcharge.

5. Select Install.

Connect to Mollie

1. Log in to your Mollie Dashboard.

2. Go to Developers > API keys.

3. Copy your API keys.

4. Go to Modules > Modules-Center.

5. Select Mollie from the module list and click Edit.

6. Paste the API keys into their respective fields.

7. Enable or disable test mode.

8. Click Verify token to confirm that your API keys work.

9. Click Save changes.
